Hello everyone:) I'm very happy to be here. I've been lurking for a few weeks and find I can relate to many People on this forum. My daughter was diagnosed PDD-NOS 5 yrs ago. When I started researching so I could do as much as possible to help with the late diagnosis I found many similarities, which should have been no surprise as my mom had a hard time being around her and constantly said "she's just like you!" I just started testing for myself(39yrs old) in hopes to understand myself a bit better. Thanks to everyone who shares their experiences and stories. It has helped me in many ways :heart: I look forward to being a part of this community!

Did you find more people in your family with an ASD? It is great for your daughter that she has a mom who tries to understand and help her.
