Hello everyone, I'm not sure exactly how to properly go about introducing myself on the wrong planet forums but I shall give it a shot. My name is Brian and I discovered that I have AS almost a year ago. The revelation came to me as the result of an intense search for exactly what it was that made me different. I am a relatively intraverted person, especially when it comes to discussing my personality, thus joining an autism community is a big step for me.

It is my hope that I will be able to talk with like minded people through this website and share my input on various subjects. My interests are writing and film making but i like to talk about anything. I am currently 20 years old, and I guess i'll see you guys around the forums.

I like writing as well. I write stories all the time.

I'm impressed. I found and joined WP within a month or so of discovering I was an Aspie. However, it then took nine months before I dared my first post! :)

Yep, writing, animation and filmmaking, i'm a fan of all three. Computer animation in particular fascinates me the most, but I am best as a writer. Anyway thanks for all the responses, i'll see you all around.
