am minna -a woman with autism, and came here because have two kids on spectrum, and wanted to check out this site to see if it was something that wanted them to come to.

Discovered tthat this is DEFINITELY the kind of place they can come to.

so, introduced the site to daughter, and she signed up -micky is her nickname here

So, maybe to share a little about this hermit...

Am a single mom, of two kids (son, is 14, n daughter is 11).
Have been working on Autism advocacy issues for a few years, and am an educator, speaking in conferences, as well as going to speak to school boards (when invited) to educate the Spec. Ed. teachers more about Autism Spectrum.

We live in Northern Ontario Canada.
