Hi, my name's Sai, and I live in the UK. I suspected I was on the spectrum years ago but only sought a formal diagnosis last year. It was suggested that I try an online forum to get other people's opinions and advice and this one came up a number of times over the years of Googling so I thought I'd start here!

Thanks everyone! I haven't posted much but I've had a look around at the various topics and there's a lot of helpful stuff. Just knowing I'm not the only one that experiences something has been a help.
