I had an argument with my friend during text message and he said I'm done,see ya!"please don't talk to me no more"Now I can't work he meant not to contact him ever again or not to have a conversation about the argument?

Maybe wait a day or so and try to reach out to him and apologize for the argument? He probably said it in the heat of the moment and didn't mean it.
