Why I come to WP

I just wanted to say, because I never really have before, that I come to WP because it feels like the only place where I am not hated on and or made fun of because of my Autism. And while I have not gotten along with everyone here, I just want to take the time to send out a virtual hug to all my friends! :heart:

Yeah, that's why I'm here too. I used to post on a forum for The Simpsons, which is a special interest, but I committed a blunder because of my Asperger's and didn't approach the "damage control" correctly because I lacked "tact" and had trouble seeing what I did wrong exactly, leading to people treating me as a horrible person and driving me off the board. This place isn't like that at all; people here are accepting of differences because they understand them, and I love them for that.
