Hi all--I ran out of reasons to procrastinate so I finally joined WP.

Hi and Welcome to WP.
I'm 47 but in terms of 'AS awareness years' I'm just an infant,having stumbled upon
the information only last year. Before that I just thought I was merely more
sensitive and eccentric than most. WP has answered a lot of questions for me
(as well as raising a few others I must admit )

Hello TZ,
I'm 50+ but live singly in the Midlands of England.
Nice to hear you and your son have the experience of entering into this exploration at the same time, I think family things can be precious if you have the opportunity and it will lead you both to become more genuine without worrying unduly about convention.
I knew about my AS since I was 42 and don't get help with it, I find this site a bit too big but nice so far, see you around it.
