Most of us dislike strongly some foods, that, thus, should be avoided.

I have always eaten food, especially when hungry.

I don't like sea slug much, but kippers are good.

Sorry! I couldn't resist being facetious. Welcome preludeman.

Hello and welcome to WP.

Some people swear by a gluten-casin free diet. We tried it on our sons but it made no difference.

They do very well on the annoyingpeople-free diet!

Worms aren't so bad. And, supposedly, pound for pound grashoppers are more nutricious than beef. And I had a friend who said that ants tasted good.

Bugs and worms. And fruit, It's delicious.

Whatever "it" is, make sure it is dead before you eat it.

It is not for my taste but, isn't the idea of eating such special food to apreciate the movements at the mouth?

I think it's a Frencnman... eats light bulbs, etc. I can't recall for sure, but I think his biggest feat was to eat a London double-decker bus.

Personally, I avoid such "food".

Mythbusters did the "more nutrition from the cornflakes box than the cornflakes" thing. Busted. The box did have a bit of nutrition, but not much. I think it burned just about as well as the cornflakes.

I follow a special diet that I set for myself - mostly it's for my MVP (mitrol valve prolapse) heart condition than any of my other 8 conditions or diseases. I do not eat foods with corn syrup (except for Gatoraid and the doc said that was okay), limit my salt intake, and limit my caffiene (which sucks in that my attention issues are worse than before).

That pretty much means I live off veggies, fruit, lean meat (and some beef), soy milk, organic yougart, sugar free applesauce, healthy cereal and granola, some carbs, and not much else. I'm more energetic now and my heart palpatations have stopped, but that's about it.
