Tomorrow I go see my psychologist for my intake appointment and to start testing toward a possible ASD and ADHD diagnosis. If testing lasts longer than the day then I'll go back on Thursday. Last night I was compiling my paperwork and notes about many of the things I wanted to make sure I remembered to tell her. It was kinda weird to see it all compiled in a big list like that. On the one hand I was a little daunted to reflect on how much stress there was documented right there on the page. On the other hand, it made it feel like a diagnosis is in reach, and with it some possible paths to improvement. I caught myself saying, basically, "I'd totally diagnose me."

Wish me luck tomorrow <3

Bringing a list of your impairments and other relevant traits is a very good idea, along with any other relevant documentation.

Doc says ASD+ADHD. There's more tests for related details before she writes up her final report, but she affirmed at the end of testing today that it'll include those.
