Hello! 57 year old male here, somewhere on the spectrum as I've never been officially diagnosed, bipolar, social anxiety as well. Married with 5 kids and struggling for 20 years in my relationship with my wife. No friends other than her to speak of. Hopefully I can get, as well as give, some support!
