I am self DX late in life I am in my sixth decade and looking back ASD frames so much of my life in way nothing even ever came close , I have always known something was different I did not act or feel like everybody else and for years I never understood the what or why, I am also a recovering addict with over 3 decades sober and have an ACE of 8, I am always looking for people to relate too

Addictions can be very hard to break. It is almost like a large part of your life was stolen from you. So congratulations on 3 decades sober. It is a major accomplishment. I am proud of you.
