Hello, I am new here, and just wanted to extend a warm welcome to everybody on this forum.
I think its marvellous to have forum dedicated to autism/ASD, as I have just recently stumbled
across this site. I was diagnosed with ASD two years ago at the age of fourteen.. it was a long road
of confusion and misconceptions on the way to my diagnosis; but after doing research and understanding
ASD, I can safely say I am in no way ashamed to have it. If I woke up tommorow without it, I don't think I could
cope I look forward to talking to you all in the near furture.

I have 3 sons - the oldest 2 have Asperger's. They are 9 and 7.

Nice to see another aspie from the GTA. I was born in Toronto, and lived near Weston
for most of my life, but I only just recently moved to Brampton.



While I like Toronto, the cold weather does sometimes get to me.. although it can
be fairly hot here sometimes. Right now it is cloudy and depressing haha
