Hello. My name is Rubén and I'm 19 years old. I came accross this site doing some research and i found it quite interesting. By reading some entries I found out they were very close to the way I feel and the expierence I have in this world.

I haven't been formally diagnosed with AS, but I have a lot of its symphtoms. Nevertheless, I find myself unable to gather courage to go to a doctor. I've always have troubles socializing and I don't feel like I really fit in this world sometimes, but that's the way I am and somehow I feel proud about it.

I am interested in aviation, and I even tried to study aeronautical engineering once, but I felt disappointed about the college's program. So now I'm trying physics, another topic I've been very interested about and of which I am particularly fond.

I was born and raised in Mexico City and I've never been abroad, so I hope you understand my english is not very good. I'd really like to know other people with AS and share experiencies and interests.

Judging by your first post you write much better then an awful lot of Americans I know. :lol:
Don't worry about your English, if we can't figure it out we'll let you know.
Find something here that interests you to talk about and if you don't, start something that does interest you.
