What? Nobody answered you... that's inexcusable.
You have to do two things...
In your profile, you can say whether you want your signature added to posts by default, or not.
That's "Always attach my signature:", which you might like to set to "yes".
Also, at the bottom of each post you type in, you'll see a tick box for that particular post.
That's "Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile)", which you'll want checked.
It starts off checked or unchecked, according to what you choose in your profile.
