Im new to this site , im 20 years old live in sweden. I dont have a diagnosis of asperger but lately ive read a lot about it and identified with many of the things it represents. For instance ive always liked to be alone for long periods of time , i hate certain types of clothes , i listen to the same music sometimes for several hours wich always annoys my parents and several other little things that people have always pointed out to me that i shouldnt do. More importantly i think i might also have ocd, from what ive read it seems that you can have both aspergers and ocd
? i think this because i have a lot obessesive thoughts that occupies a lot of time for me and also sleep. did mean for anyone to feel sorry for me or anything i just wondered if anyone have similar experiences? ive also thought about seeking help for my ocd problems dont know however if there is any use. So if you know anything about these things a would really appreciate your opinion ande experiences.

I am on the autism spectrum and have Aspergers, I truly believe my symptoms are in fact a part of who I am and if you decide to get treatment is it for you or to keep others happy!

Like you I often like time alone and can be a little ocd, but I try and balance things into my life. I choose not to take any medication or change who I am, and instead try and get others to understand my differences....
