Hiya all,

Im 27, and from Scotland. Ive had AS officially for 3 years (since being diagnosed), but am trying to get on with life as best I can.

Recently just taken up employment, Im enjoying being active again, and wanted to know:-

1. Anyone else here who is active and from Scotland?
2. The names/urls of other sites out there, but maybe based in UK?
