Hello, another noob here

Hello. I am a mom of 2 children, Nathaniel 9 and Charisma 8. Both have been diagnosed with ADHD, yet we are looking into more diagnostic testing for our 9 year old for AS.

Between being a stay at home mom and a full time student to finally finish my college degree, I enjoy cooking, traveling, martial arts and white water rafting. I served in the military, but am now out to concentrate on my family. My husband is still active duty and is serving his 3rd deployment in Iraq.

I'm here to find more information on AS and to be my son's number one advocate. It's just hard because I feel like I read and read and I'm swimming in a sea of numbers and letters to figure things out. I just know how we've been living the past 9 years and it's one day at a time with us.

nice to meet you ^^ *bows* im sure youll find the threads in the forums here to be quite informative. as a girl with AS, i can say that many of them are quite accurate.
