Posting a reply shouldn't be a problem unless the thread has been locked

I would think not but the quote in the first post indicated that I have been unable to reply to anything.

And I was trying to add my answers to the questions thread pinned at the top of the forum.

Obviously, this one went through. :\

They have had problems with spammers so maybe it was a mistake. seems like you can reply now.
