what the fück are you talking about? If somebody shoots someone else in the face with a high powered rifle you don't need a murderer to tell that the person who just shot the other person in the face is a murderer.
It's used for the mind of a killer, why he did it, what he's gonna do next, "ZOMG whear is he!!?! !??! !", that sort of thing.
