MODERATOR ATTENTION: How to get help when you need it

It’s really not that crowded. There are often minutes, if not hours, between posts. Anyone can step in whenever they like.

It’s public because it’s a fun game which various members have enjoyed since it was first posted. It wouldn’t be practical to make it a PM thing. That WOULD prevent others from playing. Deep used to post there a lot. I hope he returns soon.

I don't think you understand how a forum works. This is not the first time.

Please take this conversation to PM - none of it is requiring moderator attention.

This happens over and over. This user will take over a thread, whether one she created or someone else's, posting so much in that thread that everyone else is excluded, except the one or two people she is interacting (often arguing) with. That's a problem for the forum as a whole.

Posting to a thread does not and can not exclude others from posting to it.
There are also time restrictions imposed by the forum software to prevent flood posting.

Checking back over the thread linked earlier shows that for any given timespan, posts to it were most often made by groups of two or three members.

This topic really needs to be in the PPR board.
