intolerant atmosphere on this site

Do you agree? I started with a topic, this was removed by Tallyman (for no reason, just an arrogant mod), then a sarcastic response by Moog in the 'getting to know' thing, then my topic here is removed : where is it, it's like Kafka here.

Is this the way America is dealing with freedom of speech.

Self fulfilling prophecy?

The mods here aren't the worst I've run into on the net by a long shot. You may have simply misstepped. It's very easy to do.

It seems counter productive to turn this into an attack on the mods and a freedom of speech thing.

No, I do not agree. I find far more tolerance here than I do anywhere else on the web. Also, this isn't America. It's WP, a privately owned site with members from all over the world.

Why what? Why is your approach counter productive?

It's simple. When you display open hostility, you generally get hostility as a response. I've pissed off moderators before (not here, yet). It's an aspie thing. But I know I can be abrasive so I just dial it back. It keeps me from getting banned.

My nick has nothing to do with Buddhism. It's a shortened version of a longer name. Not that I have anything to do with who owns the site. :lol:

i think for the most part the mods on this site are very fair but i do think there can be a double standard with popular vs unpopular people.i have seen a lot of profanity on post that are not even on the adult section but i once used the A word in a joke.the slang term for a mule or a donkey a*& you know and it was removed.thats the most mild of all profane words.yet i have seen more popular members use the f word or s word

Oh, and your threads are being moved because you're putting them in all the wrong places. I'd take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with the structure here. Also, there are shadow threads that will lead to where your threads have been moved to, so it shouldn't be too hard to find them.
