Great, you spammed a 'stop the spam' thread. Way to put your arguements in a positive light

I think I've probably been guilty of spammimg on occasion, but nobody's ever complained to me about it.

I've spammed about 5 times, and deserved every nasty comment I got from it.

Yeah, you're pretty hard on yourself and others.

I've never spammed. Not once. No really, go check my post history, I've never done a single spam once! Or psot. Or flame. Just relevant discossion. Wait, would this count as spam?

Anyway, back on topic please! This is the first threadon the WP.net Discussion that's topped three pages in a LOOOOONG time!

Cool I'm making progress understanding Mitch today.

Now I just need to know what posts are spam in this thread? Please other viewers in this thread point out the spam to. I'm only going to know how to solve everybodies
problems when I find out what the precise problem is. Then we can take steps to remove the problem and/or the person(s) with it.

Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater.

I posted it right after werbert started on his usual OT spiel. Luckily I stopped him in time! And there is no need to be a smartass Machine.

being sarcastic. I was being quite serious about getting to the root of the problem here. I googled "OT spiel" and could not find that term so I think we got this narrowed
down to:

Posters : such as Werbert
Problem: "OT spiel"
Frequency: usually

No I do not want to do that. I'm just concern of the subjective nature of defining
spam. I unfairly thought this thread was directed at OWA but now Mitch has mentioned
Werbert. Needless to say I'm very concern now that Werberts names has been mentioned.

I want people to leave my friends alone. Because their my friends. Its just that
simple.

So this is a *friendship* thing?? It doesn't matter what they do or say, so long as they are your friends then you will defend them? So Machine is morally ambiguous, I thought better of you. Loyalty is one thing, but ignorance is another - you should defend things because you believe they are *right*, not out of some sense of duty.

EDIT: If the situation was reversed, and me and OWA swapped places, you would *still* defend him? That is ridiculous. Your argument is biased and meaningless now.

No offense, but that has nothing to do with anything. Besides, I have never spammed or done anything that would warrant a 'silence'.

Quite the opposite, I am just saying that this is the last place on earth that anyone should be OT-ing in. Everything has its time and place, and this is neither.
