There are ways to prove bullying----but there are times when one must be an expert linguist to prove it. One must also be knowledgeable, say, about the idioms and subtleties of a particular language. When I said "dissect," I should said "parse."
By what parsing protocols would you program a computer to determine that "Have a nice day!" is sarcasm? It depends on the context/tone of the entire message.
If you are responding to a perceived attack, of some sort, and you make it clear you aren't going to wear it, sarcasm would not be unexpected.
I am sure you aren't like this <facetiousness>,
But I have people I consider friends and foes.
Your departing message might be different, depending on whom you are addressing.
Also, isn't the phrase "Have a nice day" usually dismissive, these days?
Isn't it fake politeness, unless you work at a place like Mac Donalds?
In Australia, I think it is often used as an American joke or a form of insincerity.
Anyway,
Enough of this.
"Have a nice day."

It's difficult to convey irony, sarcasm, etc. via written text. This is because you are not actually WITH that person in the same physical area as them.
What a pity there aren't any qualifiers available. <irony>

which one is that 1-5 ?
Obviously, it is nasty and sarcastic, because I know your personality and I know you absolutely hate and are disgusted by KK.
I think a ban is in order.
Modic! <sic>

Racist people also do not know they are racist and they will downplay everything as you said. They will also list reasons for their racism always backing it up with logic and "facts."
I have been called implicitly a racist, constantly, by someone not in this thread conversation, so I *MUST* be a racist?
League_Girl, Do you think I am a racist?
