Its not easy to get alex to make another mod but I´ll take this into consideration next time we talk with him about some possible additions to the mod team.

I'm not sure I understand how moderators are picked. Do you just put names in a hat and pick one?

Its my understanding that Alex gets utterly drunk and starts wandering around threads,he then approaches the members behind the few select posts that actually make some sense with the idea of becoming a mod.

Its the only reasonable way to discern quality posts among this mess.

ps: How did you think I became a moderator? I started posting here drunk as soon as I heard this procedure was going on and I waited for a while.

A more appropriate than the one I gave before would be that theres a thread where mods can communicate with alex and ask him about some issues moderating this place and some names get thrown around everyone now and then and I believe he does some sort of research on their posts to see if they would be a good choice or not.
