I kind of respect the attacker in that he seems to limit his comments to those who have been rough on others. But the level of attack is too much. Richard_of_the_UK attacked these precise same people shortly before he was banned so there is not alot doubt the sockpuppet was him.

You have no evidence, there are lots of occasions in which you have been wrong from what I understand, Wicker being a case in point. Asides he can get around your bans anyway, so you may as well make the gesture of unbanning him.

I am not naive, personally I think he is bored. Asides that, he can do it anyway, your protections are inadequete. Take a look at that thread on Zomg I linked. And no, I am not Kosmo himself, for starters he is twice my age.

This thread is presumably on evidence to support an unbanned. That evidence on his side is a personal communication with another member. The value of that evidence is low enough that my hypothesis of him using repeated sockpuppets is of sufficient quality to counter it.

Not really, I have linked several threads on other sites that are evidence more or less in his favour. As to what he did with his real account, it was before my time on here. What did he do with it?
As for the sock puppets, wernt most of them new accs to escape your bans, and technically not socks.

I dont see anything wrong with posting adult stuff on this site, tbh. All those suicide threats are far worse than anything Kosmo has posted by the sounds of it. Asides, most members have posted something insulting at one point or another, it seems that some on here make a habit of it. Including former mods.

Kosmo's posting style was ALWAYS right
up against the edge. The mods gave him
quite a bit of benefit of doubt. I think it would
take more than simply someone passing on
to the staff that he's changed. Even then, I
just don't see Alex being likely to take another
chance with him.

But the thing is that, from my perspective here, as a regular member, it seems that he was banned for 'advertising' the zomg forum actually (which I believe Alex didn't aprove those bannings, but that's the past) just like others did as well and also got banned as well.
Then the others got unbanned, and he didn't. My guess would be because of the sockpuppets accounts.

I'm more upset that Janika was never unbanned.
She had one brief period of harsh reaction to her
demodding, and an otherwise pretty damned good
member disappeared.
