flaming...right.... If it were flaming, it would be attacks against you for the sake of attacks against you. These haven't been attacks, they've been concerns. Granted, not necessarily stated in a touchy-feely way, but that doesn't always happen.

A ban generally means you aren't welcome. Your new account hasn't been banned. That suggests that you are still welcome here, no? Not everyone is going to immediately accept that you are sincere. That whole phrase that G.W. Bush managed to completely butcher. If that upsets you, well, it was your own actions that got you here. That is the past, and should be left as such, if you are as sincere as you claim.

I have to say that the image switch one was a cruel, if partly inventive joke, but I'm sure Kazzy (as I like to call him) won't do that again. He just wants to come back and hang out.

Flaming is also a touchy word. Because nearly everyone has said negatively about Kazzy, it FEELS like flaming.

Also, "speak for everyone" isn't exactly true. But it'd be neat if it did.

...because unless he has other non-banned accounts, he only really has one user account that he can access. Last I checked, people treat a T.O.S. like the software licenses on shrink-wrap. That doesn't justify a complete disregard for the rules, it is simply the way things are.

So yeah, it could be phrased that he has further broken the rules. It would be him doing that and trying to prove to people he's changed, or him sending you a message, something you don't always respond to. If he has puppets, none of the rest of us know that. If he doesn't, he isn't doing any harm at this point. No need to comb the rules to find a minor one to try to get him on.
