Are the users that are posting disturbing pictures also bots? Their names are less random.

Yikes, that was just one person!?! Just one disgruntled user!! Surely there are many more than him...

Regarding administration: lackadaisical management is fine for a kids lemonade stand, not so fine for a global 'support' site.

I think there were two separate unrelated spammers today: the guy with the bloody pics, and a Korean spambot. The bloody pics guy is angry at WP because the mods won't do what he wants.

Thanks for everyone's hard work dealing with these spammers. I don't understand why people think it's funny to be so malicious, but there are some twisted individuals out there. Especially the bloody leg guy. I'm not that wigged out by blood and gore but I know a lot of people who are. That's just plain rude.

Thanks for getting those gone; yeesh it's like a repeating wave of battle assaults!

The language and origin seems to be something nobody can pin down -- I'd thought yesterday it was established that the characters were Korean and someone confirmed the IPs were from Seoul. I originally made the mistake of thinking Japanese, so there's how much I know, lol.

....isnt Cloudflare supposed to deal with this? As usual, it doesnt appear to actually help anything at all. These bots just appear over and over.

Would LOVE to kick whoever makes those damn things. Or just have a horse kick them, which would be better.
