I think there should be a Men's forum

Not at all, and I'm sure you do see my point, afterall your opening sentence implies even Japan has a significant number of gender-restricted toilets and I doubt you'd walk into a male-only one. Moreover, you are aware this is a forum dominated by those from N America and Europe, and I'm sure you are also familiar with their toilet arrangements. Therefore my toilet analogy is relevant -- I'm sure you can use your imagination to fully explore it.
Regarding your comment on regulation and enforcement, just because that may prove difficult it doesn't necessarily provide grounds for accepting a free-for-all. The laws on theft can't stop some people stealing, but we don't go around leaving our doors open with a sign saying "help yourself". And yes, I'm sure you feel safe to be yourself anywhere, but many ladies are of a more delicate disposition.

makes me think of Victorian England.
I just want maybe a little more separation for specific issues and perhaps more regulation on gender bashing. I think the adult forum should be for topics of mutual concern to both genders. And the individual gender forums would be for topics of primary concern to one gender. Not that the other gender can't go read and learn. But that it is not all lumped together.
