Okay, I make it legal:

Whereby Quatermass, hereafter known as 'the aggrieved party', and lau, hereafter known as 'the deceased', actually scratch that, the 'breathing impaired', agree to the following:

*That the breathing impaired did with malice aforethought light a firework, with the sole intent of causing mischief and mayhem.

*That the aggrieved party did make a comment on the breathing impaired's firework, which then detonated and singed the hair off his face, along with an acute embarrassment.

*The aggrieved party offered a verbal contract to confiscate the breathing privileges of anyone who laughed at his situation, and the breathing impaired did agree to this contract by laughing, thus revoking his breathing privileges.
