Evidence, please?

 Sorry ... couldn't resist ... I just HAD to say it!

Seriously, thank you for the kind words; they seem so rare around here these days...

Heh heh Fnordy. I see the shining light within the brittle shell

Teach51, one thing! As long as there are certain members on here on wrongplanet who refuse to explain anything and places the whole figure it out yourself, personal responsibility, take charge of your life BS on those who have had difficulty and who need major help to do so then I don't think Wrongplanet can be better.

I think as long as there are more people willing to explain and help than there are the other it should be fine.

As long as there are people who abdicate personal responsibility, who expect others to do their thinking for them, who blame everyone and everything but themselves for the problems into which they've put themselves, who demand endless explanations of even the most insignificant details, and who bear grudges against those who call them out, I will have doubts regarding any improvement in the WrongPlanet social culture.

:D Have a nice day!

I think if we decide to each be responsible to make this a warm, safe, supportive environment and you and your nemesis decide to "agree to disagree" and avoid interacting then of course it will be better. Focus on the solution and not the problem :D

Hope you are succeeding in China.

Tried to PM you cube unsuccessfully can you PM me?

I am sending you and cube to your rooms without dinner. I am also confiscating your catapults. This is a thread focusing on avoiding conflicts. Teach rolls her eyeballs.

Come on, you are both good guys, work together on this.

You're correct, of course.

I have noticed that when certain people try to force a debate with me, nothing angers them more than to ignore them.

So, how is your day so far?

:D

Not bad, so far.  It's Friday, it's payday, there is only one other person in the office (the rest are working from home, working in the field, or on the "off" day of their 5-4-9 schedule).  A client is doing a walk-through at 10:00, then we all go to lunch and see who can and cannot handle their liquor.

Thinking about how you can anger people is also counter-productive.
Even as a joke it gives me insight into the workings of your mischievous mind. :D
