These MODS are dispensing unregulated vigilante justice. I demand consistency and a code of operations that we can all be familiar with!
It is neither unregulated nor vigilante. Perhaps you're posting slanderous comments in an attempt to unduly influence the situation. The mods regulate each other through peer review. We frequently disagree. Alex may reverse any decision we make.
Vigilante justice is when one member attacks another, or posts in a manner designed to humiliate, justifying their actions by the behavior of the other member. "Who thinks so-n-so should be banned?" is one example. We'll ban you without warning for that. It's just a variation of suicide by cop.

Why on earth do you have to put a warning metaphor text in your signature?
It was another attempt to get people to realize that they
do have control of their own destiny. There
is a relationship between your actions and what happens to you.

I thought mods did warn people, Privately, kind of funny that you prefer complains made by PMs only.
I am strongly opposed to public warnings to individuals. I am in the minority on this issue. I prefer to handle these things privately to protect
members privacy. I have nothing to hide, but the cynics want you to believe that I do. The member can always make private warnings public. The cynics have insisted that warnings be public, so they are. Do you want the cynics to decide how this site will be operated? They do always make the "safe" assumption. I suggested to Alex months ago that we give the membership more say in how this site is operated. Should we allow the vocal minority, who want to see more chaos and drama, dictate how this site should be operated?
I have several messages claming that "'lots of people' feel just like I do.” I haven't met this member called "lots of people" yet.
