Board request - Treatment, Therapy and Medication board?

I would like to request a board where various treatments, therapies and medications can be discussed.

I have posted about these topics in the General AS discussion board, but they lost in a sea of other posts extremely rapidly.

And I think these topics are important enough to warrant their own board

Here's one vote in favor. However, I think "coping strategies" should also be added into the mix for your proposed subforum.

When new forums are proposed and I think they are excellent ideas, then other Discussion sections must end. We are still hearing about ending the Men's Discussion group (two years later) so the InDepthAdult section could be created.

so. . .what Discussion section would WrongPlanet give up for the new Discussion section?

Really? I thought new forums could be added arbitrarily... I don't remember anything disappearing when we added Autism Politics, Activism, and Media Representation a while back. I also don't remember anything going away when Health, Fitness, and Sports was split off from the general games forum. Why would an existing forum have to end to make space for a new one?

If, for some bizarre reason, something actually had to go, the answer should be obvious: stats.

I think the news and current events winds up everywhere else on the board so I don't know how important that one is. I don't know about a coping section. I think the whole board is mostly about coping but having a therapies section would be good for people who spend a lot of time and thought thinking about that. Are there a lot of people on the board who do that?

But, what do I know?
