You can amend your entries for a limited time after you post, but not remove them once a thread is active.

Just after you've made your post, look at the right hand corner. Next to the 'Quote' button, there's a button that says 'Edit' which allows you to edit your post and next to that button there should be another little button with an 'X' on it. Click the little button to delete your post.
