I just wanted to say thank you to the people that made this site. It's good to know that I have a place to go where I can talk to other people like me... then I won't feel like such an alien in the world... or at least I know that there's other aliens out there that are helping me to "take over the world!" It is taken from the works of Orson Scott Card, who I adore more than any other author. Here are some more details on the concept, which I find fascinating.

hahaha, I was right, I thought so! I'm quite familiar with all of the Ender books. :D I love OSC!

(Actually had quite a problem trying to explain the plot of Speaker for the Dead to a psychologist when I was in middle school.. he kept laughing at me and acting like I was nuts. Because apparently I really needed a psychologist to laugh at me when I tried to explain something I'm interested in. :roll:)

If you start any Orson Scot Card threads in the writing section or even in PPR, please let me know.. I look through the writing section only occasionally, and usually avoid PPR as much as possible, so I'd probably miss it.
