Changing custom rank?

How do I edit my custom rank? When I click "Edit Custom Rank" on the edit profile page, it just takes me to the birthday/avatar page where there is no option for changing the rank.

You will have the option when you reach 1000 posts.

Not really. I tend to be a little prone to aphasic tendencies, especially when I'm wrapped in thinking... I'll intermingle words from different streams of thought; while remembering hearing that phrase, I was teaching and it popped out. Odd looks and laughing all around.
