Seeing red topic

Please change the link colour from red to white or yellow. The red is hard to see.

Hear hear, it's horrible. It HURTS!

Something pale would be a lot better.

I'm going with OWWWWW WTF! as my vote. That red is painful to look at. Something in white or a pale offwhite-blue would be brill.

EDIT: Ok, making it longer but just as red is even more painful. Now I'm having to scroll down before I even look at the screen.

Yay! The new lettering is much much better! Thank you whoever did that!

I keep almost mistaking it for a "New Private Message" message but that's not even a tenth as bothersome as the painful red on grey was.

Just got back and saw this.Hey! I like this new colour. It shows up and is an attention grabber.

I did something right, in my two years here at WP. I had better not let it go to my head.

Thanks to all who posted, and to the wonderful person(s) who changed the colour.

Could someone explain?

That red is awful! IT SCREAMS AT ME ON EVERY PAGE! It is way too distracting.

I can't even look at the video anyway because I've only got slow dial-up internet.

Seeing the red makes me think of "danger" and something is wrong.

am I the only member that has all the rest of the Discussion|Articles|Blogs|Books|Contact Us|Chat|Shop all dark blue on black? My Inbox| and |Log out is white on the black background but My Account is also dark blue. (And of course that ready to pop zit violently glowing red in the middle of the title bar.)

For me articles/blogs/books/contact us/chat/shop and inbox are white
while discussion and my account/log out are dark against a slightly lighter yet rather dark grey background. Close to invisible.


And then there is the screaming red danger sign of course, which I really hope will change colour soon, please. It's both hurtful and distracting.

Change it to white IMO. I don't know why there's a need to make it stand out so much.

My link to ''Discussion'' seemed to be dark blue for a while there but it's back to white now. And on my work PC my ''My Account'' link seemed to be dark blue where it's not on my home PC.

Red it and bleed topic

Me thinks that this time this link is going to be here for some time. It would be better if it was a font/colour that each member could change by choice, as is done on other forums.

Bloody awful.
