About 24 hours ago I tried to submit a post. I clicked reply and wrote it but when I tried to submit it I received a message saying that I couldn’t post again so soon after my last post. This has never happened before. (it had been about 2 hours since my last post)

Why did it happen? Is there a limit to how many daily posts we can make, and if so what’s the limit?
Or was it a technical glitch?

Sounds like a glitch to me.

I have had that happen a few times. It always gave me whiplash of comprehension that I didn't really post too fast, but there is a lot of interesting glitches going on, lately.

Thank you very much for your replies.

I guess it was just a glitch then and at least is nothing to worry about.

I got a message two days ago saying that my post wasn't allowed b/c I'd been "identified as a spammer," and to e-mail the administrator if I disagreed with this.

I guess (hope?) it was a glitch, but it was still kind of startling. 8O

I'm guessing a glitch. Many messageboards have a feature that doesn't let you post two posts right close together. Usually within a minute of each other. It's to prevent spam attacks, I think. I'm that got triggered for some reason even though you hadn't just posted.

I've seen that one a bunch of times, always when I have tried to edit a post about a second after I posted it (like when I realize there is a typo immediately after submitting it). I've never had it happen at other times though.
