Hi, all. I have an avatar pic that I use elsewhere, would like to use it here, too, but I guess it's too big. My other sites must automatically shrink it. Is there some utility I can use to shrink it to the proper size?

Thanks!

hi reginaterrae,

if you are using a PC, you can download the free program Paint.net (i use this, and can recommend it)

(click)

if you are using a Mac, try the free application called gimp

(click)

...alternately, if you are using a PC running windows XP, you can use the image re-sizer that is part of the microsoft powertoys for windows collection...

(click)

if you have any questions please ask away :thumleft:

Thanks! I went with shrinkpictures.com, super simple. Unfortunately I got the "Could not update users table" message but I'll try again later.
