Question about fundraiser

The other day the total amount needed was around $3,900. Now it's $4,800. Can someone explain why the amount was raise by a thousand?

I believe it was explained as the difference between existing/previous estimates and the updated amount for the desired product, with it being an error in posting the wrong set of information.
