Hale-bopp, if you look in WrongPlanet.net discussion forum, you see that you have what seems to be a common problem. Take comfort in this is not personal. Perhaps you can send an email to alex@wrongplanet.net or use the "call Alex on Skype" hyperlink at the bottom of each WP page to get your glitch fixed.
