For how long can you edit your posts?

Is there a time limit on how long you have to edit a post? Or can you always do it, even for old posts?

You have a week to edit your posts. After that you can't anymore.

Really? Does that explain that I can't edit post after 9999 minutes.. :lol:
and plus that was like before I was the transfer of the new server.
