Ever feel yourself starting to get silly or maybe even snarky while your posing on WP?
How would people feel if we had a forum dedicated to nothing but silly, random snarky and argumentative stuff? A forum with almost no rules, other than language restrictions and inappropriate images etc.
A forum where insults are actually not only allowed, but encouraged? I realize a forum like this wouldn't be for everyone, but could it possibly serve as a good place for those who sometimes feel as if they just need to blow off steam, to do so without repercussions? Of course it would have to be very clearly marked that anyone posting there should expect any and all sorts of behavior there. It would have to have some few clear cut rules as to what few obviously nasty things are no way no how allowed. It would also have to have a clear cut rule of no reporting anything unless those few rules are violated, otherwise the mods would be overwhelmed.
The reason I got to thinking this is because I do sometimes feel like getting a bit silly and snarky, or at least sometimes I realize I'm becoming that way, and that kind of stuff on the regular forums could be easily misunderstood, and lead to problems even though I don't mean them too. I've seen this kind of thing on a few other forums, and it seems to help. It gives people who think they need it a place to blow off steam where it's okay to do so, and avoid doing it on the rest of the boards.
Anyone who is easily offended, of course, should simply avoid it, and should be warned to in the forum description.
Anyone think this might be a good idea?

I'm not likely to be around much longer. As before when I first signed up here years ago, I'm finding that after a long hiatus, and after only a few days back on here, I'm spending way too much time here again already. So I'm requesting my account be locked, banned or whatever. It's just time. Until then, well, I dunno...
