P-B banned me for no reason had i known he did i would have screen shot my status.

Ok he seems to think cause my IP or something is all over the place yet im in Scotland and the only other computer i use is at my drop in group im this guy called pikachu.

I mean i can hardly help it im with TalkTalk on wireless i have no idea whats up with it.

My ISP is not TalkTalk, and has not ever been, the ONLY ISPs I've ever connected from have been Tiscali, Lotus Telecom (underlying components belong to a Manchester based company called Opal, who TalkTalk have also used for their IP ranges), and 3 Mobile Internet

I greatly apologise for the inconvenience but as I am permabanned from the chat you're going to have a hard time convincing them that you are not me, and I wish you luck if you ever achieve that, though me actually posting this may help your case but maybe not

In any case, chatroom matters aren't able to be rectified from here, you have to go back on to the chat, and PM the ops, it's all I can suggest to you

I can't offer you any more help, though it seems you now have the last IP address I had before my connection was supposedly nuked the other night

Something odd just happened. I was in the chat and then all of a sudden the majority left the chat all at once. Then I was the only one in the private room and one of the few in the WP chat. Was that a huge coincidence?


HappyThoughts, you were also banned due to dynamic IPs.

The only solution I can suggest to you is to change your IP address... Its happened to me before on another forum.

Unfortunately you would end up with somebody else's IP address and it is a very common problem on the internet forums and chatrooms of today.

LG, while your input is appreciated, as you are not one of the IRC moderators it would be helpful if you allowed them to do their jobs instead of offering your opinion as the factual state of their account.

I wanted to report an error that happened in the chat room about everyone logging out. I wasn't sure if it was just one big coincidence but I found out it might have been a splitnet whatever it's called. I asked in the chat room and that's what two people said.

Your report is appreciated; however, you lack the information needed to answer the OP's question with any certainty regarding their situation... that would require one of the channel ops. That was what I was commenting in regards to.

Nah. I used to go on there years ago whilst I had a pretty snazzy computer. This poor old thing is running under the power of two very old and tired mice, powering a slow treadmill. I don't want to get any more programs to have to download to try.
