I presume that in dealing with NeoFlake that means also what appear to be two further aliases - emperor flake and flake reincarnated (or similar)? And it with WP's powers to block the relevant IP address?

the problem with an IP ban is that there are plenty of ways to get around that, I do know that on second life you can get your mac address banned and that would have to be done by the site owner

That's actually true, what you could also do with phpbb and vBulletin software where you can get a script add-on and get a mac ban, I've never actually tested it out but it should actually work so we can eliminate that lametard.
