a good idea would be able to choose diferent layouts of the page with different color option because of sensory issues another good option would be size of text sometimes its hard for to read these posts that have a lot of text because the lines seem crammed together if the was a spacing option to view posts in double space ect. or just to make the text bigger that would be awsome

I agree with all the above. I have some visual problems and have a Firefox configuration file specifically for WrongPlanet to change its appearance in various ways (c/o Lau). Principally to make the text larger. Secondly to get rid of those two blue bars at the top of the screen which used to flash up all the time and make me feel physically queasy. I also have problems sometimes with contrast and prefer to tone down white to a pale pastel yellow. So yes, some customisation options at the user level would be a great idea.
I think a number of people on WP have various visual sensory issues.
