Please, how do I get into chat. I have Windows XP and running Firefox but it does not recognise the IRC tag in the link and if I click on the Java option, nothing happens.

Same thing here, I can't figure out chat, I have used other chats before no problem. maybe a how-to?

Go to chat and go to chat now and you should see a pop up saying "should you run this program" and click run and then there's another one saying "do you want to block this" something like that and click no to that and you should able to chat.

But you would need Java to run it though.

Alternatively you can run it under x-chat or any other IRC client.

Here are the setting to get in.

Server:
irc.freenode.net

Room:
#wrongplanet

And now, enjoy.

People act like jerks there, I wouldn't recommend it. It's too ghey for my liking.
