Why cannot there be a social group in which the members created for certain people who fits in into a certain description of a group? Discuss.

Alright, let me some example of a social group. I"m asking whether social group should be here or not. There are examples of forums out there that permits social group such as nfscars, deviantart, social anxiety connect, and other forums.
