Okay I've been trying to upload a decent avatar on my user name but the ones I choose just isn't the right size. I've tried croping and everything and nothing is working.

Is it the right size in KB's? (<16kb?)

Try to save your avatar as either .jpg or .gif when you resize. Maybe only certain file types work.
