As far as I know, Alex is the one who exclusively takes care of that kind of thing here ... and anyone is free to contact him directly via PM or e-mail. However, and based on some of my own observations over my own time here, please do not feel offended or neglected if you decide to write to him and do not get an immediate response. Alex has moderators here because he has many other "irons in the fire", so to speak, and any significant changes of any kind here can often be quite -- and I do mean very -- long in coming.
