That video looks like it was a lot of fun to make. Unfortunately, nothing like the actual job. The "excitement" of moderation is closer to that of alphabetizing or filing.

Yes, I'm certain that the actual work of moderating is tiresome, however if it were made into a First Person Shooter game it could be quite fun.
